Security Info
For your safety and peace of mind, the property has exterior cameras only: a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and a Ring security camera at the rear exterior.
There are no cameras inside the home. Guest privacy is always respected.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in all main areas.
A first aid kit located in the first-floor bathroom.
Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen area.
Please lock the doors whenever you leave the property.

Use the remote to turn on the Smart TV in the living room.
Spectrum TV streaming is available for use.
Log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube accounts.
Don’t forget to log out before checking out!
Kitchen & Appliances
The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to make your stay comfortable.
Trash bags and cleaning supplies are under the sink area.
Please wash used dishes or load the dishwasher before checking out.
Laundry
The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Detergent is available near the washer.
Outdoor Space
The backyard is yours to enjoy!
Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

We love celebrations, but please keep gatherings small and quiet.
Occupancy Policy
The reservation applies only to the registered guest(s) listed in the booking.
Additional occupants must be approved in advance.
Subletting or re-listing of the property is not permitted.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please be mindful of our neighbors during these hours.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Respect the Space
Treat the home with care, and kindly report any damages or issues right away.
Trash & Recycling
The trash bins are located outside by the garage. Please separate recyclables where possible.
Cleaning & Maintenance
To maintain the home during extended stays: Bi-weekly professional cleaning is included with applicable fees.
Lawn care is handled by the host
Snow removal is handled by the host. During heavy snow, please allow time for driveway clearing.
Occasional maintenance visits may occur with advance notice.
Excessive mess, damage or rule violations may result in additional charges as permitted by your booking platform.
